In addition to working in the domestic sector, BDME also undertakes air tightness testing of smaller commercial buildings.

Using a fully integrated approach, core functions are generally split between initial SAP calculations and supporting information for Building Warrants.  At the completion stage the service covers EPCs and air tightness testing.
